***SPECIAL WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FEBRUARY 22, 2026*** – Yet another Sunday snow! Due to the Blizzard Warning, we plan to be in-person and online for the 9.00 am worship service ONLY. The 10.30 am worship service is cancelled and will not be held in person or livestreamed. Stay safe everyone! (And if you’d like to make a special donation to help offset our snow plowing bills, visit medfordumc.org/give.)

As we begin our Lenten Journey toward the cross & resurrection, here’s some of what we have planned during this season – we’ll keep this updated as we get closer to Easter.

Our worship series for this season is based on An Unlikely Lent: Extraordinary People of the Easter Story by Rachel Billups. During Lent, we focus on Jesus – particularly the stories of his crucifixion and resurrection. But none of the events of Jesus’ final days took place without a crowd of witnesses. Among the crowds, there were men and women who brought something of themselves to the moment, shaping how the story unfolded. During these next six weeks, we’re going to explore freedom, courage, and connection as seen through the eyes of these characters. Join us in person or online at 9:00 or 10:30 Sundays!

Morning Devotions & Small Group for Lent

  • Join Pastors Joe & Kate on Facebook live at 7:00 am Monday-Thursday starting February 23 as we pray and reflect together using Kat Armas’ Sacred Belonging: A 40-Day Devotional On the Liberating Heart of Scripture as our guide.
