Let It Rise!
Let it Rise Among Us is the name chosen for our stewardship ministry. It is our desire to step forward and fulfill the financial needs of our church for the present and the future. As part of our Let It Rise Among Us program, we are asking you and every household in our church, to prayerfully consider making a sacrificial commitment (over and above your ongoing tithes and offerings) to be given over the next three years. Our projected need for the new Family Life Center is $2,000,000. We believe God has prepared us to take our first stride toward this Goal. As you can see, Let It Rise Among Us is an important step to our future and you are vital to its success.

LET IT RISE CAMPAIGN UPDATE
On December 11th Chris Ruschak and Gordon Curtis presented a 6 month progress report to all three services. If you were not able to be there that day you missed some outstanding results, repeated for you now. Giving through the end of November (the six month point in the campaign) stood at $166,743.00. If giving were to continue at this rate in the three year life of the campaign total giving would be $1,000,458.00 allowing us to move forward with construction more quickly than if we give to match the $750,000 commitment goal.
There are 236 givers who have participated in the campaign, some as individuals and some as families, which represents 47% of the estimated 500 potential givers in our church. This represents a point of celebration and challenge. If you have not yet begun to support this program of ministry growth we ask that you would prayerfully consider doing so. To the many who are giving so regularly, we thank you for your commitment and faith.
We wish to offer a special thank you to the youth who are supporting this campaign. We see you give dollars every week. When we see you, who have very limited income, giving in this way, it emphasizes the spirit of the campaign - not equal gifts but equal sacrifice.
Finally, a reminder. This campaign is not about a building but about a place where we will be able to strengthen ourselves in Christ allowing us to be effective in bringing the good news to those around us.
